DISCUSSION TOPIC: We'll engage in discussions that break the stigma surrounding mental health, share personal stories of resilience, and explore strategies for self-care and emotional well-being using nontraditional strategies and mind-shift.

August 28, 2024 - Black Business Month
DISCUSSION TOPIC: Black Business Month: Â Tell us about your business and offer samples, or discounted products to the ladies and staff to celebrate Black Business Month. Pitch your business to the group! Â Each participant will have 7 minutes and can use any visual aids they need/want.

MENU THEME: Â Food Passport - Attendees will be given a "food passport" where participants can collect stamps or stickers from each international food station they visit. This encourages exploration and engagement and there will be a door prize at the end.

DISCUSSION TOPIC: Women Supporting Women: Exploring the power of women supporting and uplifting each other in matters of life and love, fostering community, and discussing the benefits of peer support and collective empowerment.
