Charity Event: Back To School Pop Up Shop

Get ready for a one-day-only shopping extravaganza, that gives back to the community.  The "Back to School Pop-Up Shop: Parents Shop Smart, Start Strong." This event, hosted by Stewart Boutique and Frangrancess 4 U and brought to you by ABC6, brings together shoppers and vendors for a convenient and exciting back-to-school shopping experience. Join us for a morning session from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and an afternoon session from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, where you can find all your essential back-to-school supplies under one roof.

Morning Session: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Start your day early and make the most of the morning session at the City Convention Center. As the doors open at 10:00 AM, shoppers will be welcomed with enthusiasm and guided toward a wide range of vendors offering stationery, school uniforms, backpacks, electronics, textbooks, and more. Take your time exploring different booths, comparing products, and making informed decisions about your back-to-school purchases, and grab your free school supplies and some food from one of our food vendors. 

Afternoon Session: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

If you couldn't make it to the morning session, don't worry! The afternoon session will be just as exciting and packed with opportunities to find the perfect back-to-school essentials. Join us from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and discover even more vendors, enjoy special promotions, and take advantage of the convenience of having everything you need in one place.  ABC6 will only be available during the morning session.  This session is more geared towards adults with entertainment, networking opportunities, and vendors. and music.  This might be the time to put the kids to bed and come on back!

If you are a vendor specializing in back-to-school products or services, this event provides an ideal platform to showcase your offerings. Secure a booth space and connect directly with eager shoppers who are actively seeking the best deals and solutions for the upcoming school year. Benefit from the exposure of ABC6 coverage, gaining visibility and building brand awareness.  Vendors with more adult products are encouraged to register for the afternoon session after most of the younger children have gone.

We are having a HUGE $1,000 VALUE spa day raffle on August 31st or when we sell 500 tickets.  10% of all proceeds will go to 1000 Black Men Across America Organization.   Check out the Spa Raffle that started on July 1st under events and purchase your raffle tickets.  

This event will be catered and lunch is included in all vendor tickets except for basic.  Please include food allergies if you are a vendor and/or performer.  

If you are a local performer, we have a way for you to get your music heard! Entertainers and Performers must be kid-appropriate and approved in advance. 

This is a family event. Lunch is included and unlimited beverages.  If you cannot make it, we have a Swag Bag opportunity. Check out the exclusive ticket in the ticket area.
